Ideal for displaying images and movies in a variety of large venues, the new Casio lamp-free 4K Ultra HD model projector can project on a 100 to 150 inch screen with high clarity and detail even when viewed from far away or close up. It features the advanced 4K UHD compatible DLP chip that utilises the latest image-processing technologies with high-speed switching of more than 4 million DMD (digital micromirror devices) to project some 8.3 M pixels and achieve 4K Ultra HD resolution at full colour, that is 4 times more pixels than the 1080p full HD standard. The 4K Ultra HD image quality facilitates more accurate and high-precision projection that enables you to display small letters and numbers as well as drawings and high-quality images to the finest detail.
Furthermore, the DLP light source is capable to produce light with up to 5000 lumens of brightness and is designed to have a very long lifespan at approximately 20000 hours which contributes significantly to reducing operating costs over time.
Apart from the 4K DLP light source, Casio has added a number of new features to the latest entry in the Casio Lamp Free projector line-up. For example, the super resolution processing feature allows 1080p images and videos to look 4K-like in the projected image and the built-in lens shift function corrects the projector positioning to maintains clear resolution.
The XJ-L8300HN is designed for schools and commercial applications and has a nice set of connections to match. The project has a dedicated HDBaseT port that allows the transmission of video signals (up to 4K) to transmit over a long distance to the project with one single network cable. Other connections onboard include 2x HDMI ports, a VGA in and a VGA out port, a 3.5mm AUX audio output, USB port and a RJ45 LAN port.
